We feed twice daily with alfalfa, bermuda, or you may provide an alternate feed.
Corrals are cleaned daily, seven days per week.

Access to beautiful trails and the Lakeside riverbed from the ranch. 
There are several show, roping, team penning, and rodeo arenas nearby and conveniently
within walking or riding distance from the Ranch.
 
There is a picnic area and convenience store right nearby for snacks and drinks.

The owner/manager lives and works on the premises. 

The property is fully fenced and secure with a surveillance system.
Shoeing appointments and vet care can be arranged on a
regular schedule & upon request, you are not required to use our vets or farriers however.

90' x 100' arena with good drainage & nice footing, it's graded regularly, & has lights for evening riding. 

Lighted  Round Pen with nice sandy footing - good for training.
